Retired in 2016. Our daughter & husband have 3 children, 2 sons & 1 daughter. Our son & wife have 2 sons. All five grandchildren bring so much joy and purpose to our lives. My husband and I will celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary on 9/25/2021. We have a travel trailer and been enjoying the US since my retirement. I belong to a ladies hiking group. We hike once a week and enjoy a spring & fall week long hiking trip. Just returned this week from hiking Mt. LeConte, TN in the Smokey Mountains. Hiked to the top (elevation 6,590 feet) and stayed overnight in a log cabin without electricity or running water in the cabin. So now I can say been there, done that & got the t-shirt. I’m truly enjoying life.Comments from 2016:
